A note for your manager

Someone in your team already uses Rowfill and would like the others to have it. This page says what it is, what it costs and what has been checked, in two minutes.

What it is

Rowfill is a Chrome and Edge extension that types rows from an Excel sheet into the web form of an internal tool: an ERP, a CRM, a back office, a supplier portal. The person fills the form once, pastes the rows, and watches Rowfill enter them one by one.

What the team gets

• The time spent retyping spreadsheets goes back to real work. The extension counts, each week, how many fields it typed: ask your colleague for the figure rather than an estimate.
• Fewer typing errors: the values come from the sheet, and a CSV log lists every row that failed and why.
• Templates can be exported to a file and shared, so one person sets up a form and the others reuse it.

What it costs

The Team plan covers 5 seats for 39 EUR a month, on a single subscription and a single invoice. Payment and VAT are handled by Lemon Squeezy, merchant of record. It can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal.

What IT has to check

Nothing leaves the browser: there is no Rowfill server, no account and no telemetry. The only outbound request is a weekly licence check. The note for your IT team gives the extension ID to allow and every permission with its reason.
