Privacy policy

Data we collect

None. Rowfill does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data or usage data. There is no user account, no sign-up, no tracking identifier, no telemetry and no analytics.

Data processed locally

To do its job, the extension handles two kinds of information. Neither ever leaves your browser.

• The rows you paste. They stay in memory for the session and are gone when you close the panel. They are never written to disk.
• The form templates you save. They describe a form's fields: label, type, and ways to locate them on the page. They are stored in chrome.storage.local, that is, in your browser profile on your own machine. Google account sync is not used.

You can remove this data at any time from the panel, or by uninstalling the extension, which clears all of its local storage.

Website access

The extension requests no site access at install time. You grant access one domain at a time, when you need it, through Chrome's native permission dialog. You can revoke it at any time from chrome://extensions.

On a granted domain, the extension reads the structure of the form and writes the values you supply. It does not read the rest of the page, does not touch your cookies, and stores no credentials.

External resources

None. Fonts are bundled inside the extension package. Rowfill loads no script, image or font from a remote server.

Subscription check

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the extension verifies your licence with api.lemonsqueezy.com, our payment provider. That request is the only one the extension ever makes, and it contains exactly two things: your licence key, and an instance id generated at activation.

• It happens at most once a week, never during a run.
• It carries no business data, no visited URL, no personal identifier.
• On the free plan it never happens: with no licence key, the extension makes no network request at all.
• If the check cannot be made, Rowfill keeps working for thirty days before falling back to the free plan. You are never locked out mid-task.

Payment

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which applies its own privacy policy as the controller for billing. The extension itself neither receives nor stores any payment details.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new revision date. A change that introduced data collection would be disclosed explicitly inside the extension before taking effect.
